In Ghana, the firm is incorporated under the companies’ code 1963 (Act 179), regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Adviser and Fund Manager; and also, by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority as a Pension Fund Manager. ln 2018, lnvestiture registered the brand names “Seedit” and “Seedit Network” for its retail, online and social pages.
