Mr. Mante currently heads finance for FairMoney, a top-three digital bank in Nigeria. FairMoney also has operations in India and Colombia.

Prior to this, he focused on Africa investments in early stage digital financial services for Omidyar Network (now Flourish Ventures).

Before joining Omidyar Network, Yaw was a valuations manager at Ernst & Young UK where he advised financial services firms and central banks on transactions, restructuring, and recapitalizations across Europe.

He also worked with the global mergers & acquisitions execution team responsible for the inorganic growth of Barclaycard, Barclays’ global cards business.

Yaw has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Society of the UK (CFA UK).
